The book provides seven practical examples of how Danish companies implemented new information technology in order to transform their internal and external business processes. The purpose is to share some of the companies' concerns and hopes during this implementation process, with each case reporting a set of problems a particular company experienced.
The book is one of the outputs of the PITNIT (Process Integration and Transformation based on new networked Information Technologies) interdisciplinary research project.
